Terms & Conditions
1. Any Image uploaded or selected from gallery at Cottonpile website, under "Sell Your Art", should be unique & free from any copyright.
2. Images should be of high quality, non-blurry and free from watermark.
3. Image found under copyright infringement will not be processed. In such case, a new unique image is required for the replacement.
4. Submitted Image will be printed on various or single product such as clothing apparels, custom key chains, Mugs, Pillow, water bottle etc.
5. Products under "Sell Your Art" will be sold at various e-commerce platform and social media such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra Cottonpile's Instagram & Facebook handles, Email or Whatsapp Marketing.
6. Under "Sell Your Art", Cottonpile has sole authority to:
(a) Decide specific or many products for the uploaded or selected design.
(b) Decide MRP or List product on single or various e-commerce platform or social media handles.
(c) Run/Stop Adds, advertise products, create coupons or give discount on purchases.
(d) Modify/change prices or duration new subscription or renewal of subscription before any prior intimation.
7. Registration charges to upload/select 3 unique designs is Rs 499/- inclusive of all taxes. A design approved by Cottonpile cannot be sold to another user before expiration of current subscription period.
8. Registration period is valid for 3 years only. After the expiry of registration period of the selected/uploaded design, users are required to renew their registration within 7 days period, and any three of previous or new designs can be selected.
9. Users will be given royalty of fixed 50% from the profit generated by the sales of the product, sold under their design, for a period of 2 years.
(For e.g. Designs uploaded by Mr. Rakesh was sold 100 pcs in a year and per unit profit was Rs 100. Cottonpile will pay Mr. Ramesh Rs 5000
(50% of Rs 100 i.e. Rs 50 multiple by 100 pc sold).
10.Payment will be made on or before 10th of every month of the previous month's sales via UPI or bank transfer only to the registered upi id or bank account. Sales Summary will be shared on user's email along with payment confirmation details.
11.Registration charges are refundable only in the case if the selected/uploaded design were not approved by Cottonpile. Prior to the approval of design or editing, mock-up generation, photography, Videography etc., no refund is applicable and registration will be valid for two years from the date of purchase.
12.There are no hidden charges other than registration fee of three selected/uploaded design.
13.To end the subscription before the period of three years, please email at cottonpilestore@gmail.com. However, no full or partial refund is applicable in such case.
14.There are not limitations to purchase any number of subscriptions by a single user. To maximize profit, users can also share/advertise their products in friends and family.
15.Cottonpile does not guarantee if a design selected/uploaded will be sold x number of times as it completely depends upon customer choice, design trends, sales and offer of the product. Any design selected/uploaded by the user may be sold 100 or more times or may not sold at all.
